To retain one (1) existing, double-faced wood sign to read inn on st. Ann per photograph submitted & stamped approved on 04/29/14 sign will measure: 33"w x 24"h x 1/2"thickness sign will hang from chains under gallery, perpendicular to the street sign will have a white background with black lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: the bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

Install three (3) remcraft 1 series surface-mounted downlight fixtures to correlate with the openings on the ground floor, centered over each bay, midway between the face of the building and the edge of the gallery lamped with warm, white led lights of approximately 7 watts per ac approval of 04/22/14 & cut sheets stamped approved 04/29/14. Note: staff recommends the applicant consider installing recessed fixtures in the soffit on the second story to correlate with the fixtures on the first story as well.

To retain two (2) dome/turret security cameras mounted to underside of gallery per cut sheet submitted 05/05/14 & stamped vcc approved 05/15/14. Cameras shall be painted white to match adjacent building surface. All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces.
